The Hydra 50 HP is an automated pressure washer. The Hydra 50 HP utilizes the BioForce BE-130 water based soap to clean parts that historically were cleaned with hazardous chemicals.

The Hydra 50 HP base and lid are constructed of HDPE Plastic. The heat rating and impact resistance of this plastic ensures a long and dependable life cycle. The Hydra 50 HP also utilizes the durability of stainless steel to ensure a life cycle that far surpasses that of lesser quality machines.

De-rated heaters are used to increase the life of the heaters and to prevent “baking” of contaminants onto the heaters themselves. The tank, lid, and filter plate all act as insulators. This helps reduce the power consumption.

2 Dual Filter Bag assemblies are used to prevent a build up of debris in the bottom of the tank. The filter bags also keep as much material out of the pump as possible to reduce clogging of the spray bars.

A ¾ HP or 1 HP pump is used to move the appropriate amount of BioForce BE-130 cleaning solution over the part being cleaned.

The Hydra 50 HP uses an inventive way to extend the wash cycle and numbers of cycles allowed until the heat gets below the optimum temperature. When the machine is not being used, it allows both heaters to bring the machine up to temperature. When the pump is switched on, one of the heaters is turned off, the other is left on, allowing the machine to still heat, but also staying under 20 Amps of service.

The Hydra 50 HP has a convenient and easy to remove 27 ¼” x 17”
stainless steel basket. The basket holds 200 lbs. with ease.

The Hydra 50 HP has a Dual Filter Bag assembly to lengthen the life of both the machine and the chemistry used. Also note that the spray bar is stainless steel. Brass plugs located at the end of the spray bars can be taken out to flush out the system of any debris build up.
